I think you played this fine. He small 3-bet Q9s, I'm assuming this is how he was playing the whole game.

Flop is a standard value/c-bet, his raise could be any lower two pair or pair/draw. Re-raise is fine, and call is trivial.

Obviously, I'm assuming the guy is a maniac. Encountered a few at 10NL
