13/5 is extremely tight. There is nothing like a standard stat for tournaments, but most regs will play something like 18/16 or looser.

Your stats indicate that you are not opening enough hands, especially from late positions. Try to steal more, open raise with suited connectors or pocket pairs. Coldcall less.
