Fold, you have good stack can wait for better hand AT+, 66+. If BU, SB, BB
too tight you can push but they gonna call you with a better range. Against tight I would give min raise, they are not call often, if someone 3 bet we are behind.

Our hand is more than enough good to shove here. We can shove here with 30% of the hands. If villains are very loose than we should tighten up bet not more than ~20%
