Hello Paluzzo,

Preflop:

No need to make it that big. 3-bet to 180 chips is enough.

Flop:

A bit bigger c-bet so we can easily stack off on the turn. C-bet to 300 chips and push turn looks best.

Turn:

As played, bet/call is fine. We can't fold with this odds of course.
