flop - i dont want to semibluff by raising since i dont think a guy like this is folding a lot but a flat for this price is ok imo. Even if we dont hit turn he will ch/fold it quite often.
turn - standard as played, right?
in general my question is whether to chase weakish draws passively while being so shallow, even if we're getting good odds. Or maybe its -EV and if we're on a draw while being shallow we should play it aggro and if our opponent is not one who we can play like this against we shouldnt play tham at all, meaning here i should have just folded flop since i didint want to raise it?
