I folded on the river since I thought I was beaten .
I think its likely he has draw on the turn so should I overbet on the turn?

bet flop and turn bigger since board is so coordinated, as played river seems like a fold. this a line fish commonly take with a made flush on river

yougotfelted got it right,fishes like to play flushes passively and then bet the river when they hit.
