I can't comment on this particular instance, but in my experience my opinion is this; if I am offered something that appears to be too good to be true, it most probably is.

You wouldn't have signed up to it. I have had a few offers like this myself. They are just trying to real you in. I never accepted any myself, mainly as I'd hear the scammy way they work.

I read something similar on a similar site I belong to & basically it was a scam. The money they give you is a bonus & any money you can win is a bonus & in the end the guy actually could only claim part of it ($100) & he had to play alot of casino games to clear it. I wish I could remember the exact details. It was complicated & easily confused everyone & took a few people to explain how it worked. It seemed simple but wasn't. I'll see if I can find it, but this sounds exactly the same con to me.

Once I was offered free money at Ipoker (I believe it was smth like 100$). I spew it up, of course Later when I was grinding with my own money & wanted to cashout, I met some troubles. I wasn't allowed to take off those 100$ from my whole sum. That was my last day at Ipoker

Very often it will be -

- money you "keep" will be subject to extremely stringent playthrough requirements.

- money you "keep" will only be claimable after you deposit an equivalent sum in the form of a 100% deposit bonus

- money you keep will be limited to a certain amount, usually in the T+C somewhere. Probably $50 or $100. Just to ensure you don't hit the mega-jackpot on any of their slot games.

- money you "keep" will be non-withdrawable until you deposit some of your own money, which will then subject your account to further playthrough requirements.

I have taken 10 or more free casino bonuses, and only once in my lifehave I ever managed to cash anything out. Withdrawal took over 2 months and I made 70 bucks.
