Hi,

I think check/shoving works best here. If he checks back you get a free card which is fine.

If he bets, there's more dead money into the pot, you can still represent some Ax hands that wanted to stack off on the flop. I would also not cbet AA here.. his range cannot contain enough Ax, plus a flushdraw on the flop is not too dangerous/relevant vs 5bet caller.

If you go with the cbet and want to usually cbet Axx in a 5bet pot, I would go big enough so that you are commited with your draw against the raise but not bigger or smaller. That means you can bet about 25-30bb and be commited with your flushdraw while also leaving some space for him to think you can fold, though my prefered is to not cbet here.
