I don't mind 3betting the turn because I think it's often AT, KT. But if you think he's too tight to raise those on turn or have them in preflop range, then just calldown.

A simple equity calculation comes up with the following:

Now I may be missing some hand from his range but he seems Hyper-tight so I'm not including some of the wider parts of what may be in other person's range so I think calling down here is standard.

It's pretty much a case where there are almost equal number of made hands we beat and lose to (except we are dead if behind and he has 5+ outs) and our equity edge comes from his draws, which there isn't a massive amount of point in raising as a whole as we re-open the betting creating a problem on the river or on the turn (As he'll almost certainly either cap or raise the river if he has a hand better than ours)

So I think your line is pretty standard and good
