I'd lead out 0,7$ on the flop or c/c.
0,25$ looks very weak and could induce bluffraise for worse hands.
Against min-raise I can't fold overpair and since SB bet small both turn and river I'd call him down. Sometimes you'll see 9x or medium pp hands.
