Hey
villain is probably reg, he folded 4/4 to steals.
On this board I dont expect to have much fold equity and he can raise often here and make me fold my hand.
On this board I expect him to bet often, so I made check/raise and when he calls I planned to barrel on broadways and coordinating cards to make him fold pocket pairs, 6x, 44, and some A high draws.

Hi sandraardnas,

Do you expect an unknown villain to really raise us that often in this spot? I wouldn't, not at 50nl FR.

Also, our line usually doesn't make a lot of sense against unknown. What are we trying to represent with a check raise here? What is your plan if you get 3-bet or if you get called on the turn?

I think there are too many unknowns to play it that profitable with a raise in this spot so I'd prefer the "standard" cbet.
