Preflop is really ugly. KJT5 just doesn't perform well even against loose opponents. I might call preflop against a loose CO player but I think it's a good option just to go ahead and fold it as well. I think you really need your hand to be double suited here as the 5 is just useless and a jack high flush draw isn't getting paid off often.

CO looks loose preflop and probably doesn't realise you can only even be calling the turn with the nuts or set of nines (you would have bet the flop with a flush draw or set/2 pair). I think calling here and hoping he barrels off again on the river is a good line.
