I get a free play from BB and flop bottom pair and a FD.

With my stack size is it best to check shove here??? I assume folding is out of the question?

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4 Q
MP1 calls 100, MP2 calls 100, 3 folds, SB completes, Hero checks

Flop: (400) 7 4 8 (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP1 bets 100, MP2 raises to 300, SB folds, Hero ???

Hello zachrina ,

I prefer to bet my self on the flop. We got very strong hand here - FD, pair and over card. As played, I'm check/shoving. Even against TP we can stack off profitable.
