MP checks,

have no clue what to do in this hand. villain is a total unknown, 0 hands. his call OOP will probably be something like 99-JJ (maybe QQ), AQ AJs KQ KJs or whatever. but hard to say what an unknown would do...

pre standard
flop, not a great flop but i have no other play so make the bet.

turn is really ugly imo but i dont think i can give up yet so i bet/fold.

once he calls the turn i feel like he might be slowplaying a hand like KQ or JJ/TT but they probably raise earlier and i'd expect these to now donk the river just because they are scared i'll check back. when he checks, do i have a thin value shove? if he has like KK or QQ or AJ for example then it could be good... but i dunno it feels so overplayed.

Spoiler

Hero bets $7.70, MP calls $4.90

Results:
$19.35 pot ($0.87 rake)
Final Board: 3 T J 9 7
MP mucked 4 4 and lost (-$9.60 net)
Hero showed A A and won $18.48 ($8.88 net)

Hello,

I would rather check back there as well against unknown.
I think that betting here would be quite thin, as he might not call AJ OOP (also we do block AJ), and KK/QQ is probably a 4bet preflop, so I think checking is fine here.

Best,
Plamen
