Cashout problems

Been dreading this since I deposited ..

Cashed out $3,500 about 6 days ago.

I am a gold status, which in their rules say that get preferential treatment with speedy 1 day cash outs. Well it's been 6 days, with absolutely no e-mails from them that its processing or anything.

Sent them an email asking for the status, 3 days ago, also no answer.

As soon as I opened the account, I verified my account and they said thank you and that my account is now cleared for play and cashouts, and that they put a note on my account to be cleared of all security checks.

Anyone else this happened to? Starting to get a bit worried.. Shall I say goodbye to the money?

What are my options here? E-mail them pissed off? or wait a couple of more days?

What withdrawal method are you using? Is it the same as the one you used to deposit?

If you look at the website it says gold members have their withdrawals accepted in 1 day. You then have to wait for it to be processed. So its not a 1 day cashout and from my experience generally takes about a week.

Another thing to note is the gold benefit only applies to casino members, not poker.

Its strange they never got back to you but I'd wait until tues/wed before starting to get worried (the weekend could slow things down).

I cashed out using wire transfer. Not the same method as I deposited. And I actually e-mailed them about that earlier on, and they said no problem before I even planned to cashed out, I ask for them to let me cash out wire transfer and not back to my CC.

The reason I am worried, is cuz I cashed out 50$ with 888sport, who uses Cassava Enterprises or whatever, same as 888poker. The 50$ cash out took 1 day for approval, and 2 days for wire transfer. (Also, not same as deposit method).

Now, its been 6 days, not only I don't have approval, I don't even have an e-mail acknowledging that I made a cash out and that it's in process. It's like it never happened so far.

And not replying to my e-mail asking them about the status 3 days ago, sure isn't helping.

What do you think?

I just checked history in cashier. Says it was PAID on the 13th. Didn't receive any money yet, so 4-7 days from the 13th I should get the transfer.

Is it weird that they didnt e-mail me at all? Or they don't usually e-mail you after cashing out?

This is a large amount so could take longer to process than the $50 withdrawal.

On the website it says from 7 - 10days for wire transfers. So maybe a bit of patience is required in this instance

this could just mean it was processed from their side so just waiting for the bank.

Its been a while since I've dealt with them so can't say whether they normally send you a confirmation email or not
