I´ve got a couple of hand histories from stakes where observed some games or i´ve got stats from play money games when I was testing the HUD, but I don´t know how to delete these hh´s from pokertracker.
Also, I want my hand history converter to display my hh´s in cash amounts or tournament chip amounts, instead of bb´s, but I don´t know how to do that

I don't have an answer and I'm a bit surprised no-one has responded yet.
There is a PokerTracker rep that drops by from time to time, but perhaps is off for the weekend.

Database -> Purge Hands.
For the second one, open up a hand (not in the replayer yet, just hand history viewer where it will say Hand Details at the top) click Options -> Display Options and uncheck Show Chips in BB.
