I would probably check call the flop, check/call the turn and if he checks bet on the river.

As played, sizing is nice.
River: Check. What are you getting value from? maybe AJ, but that's about it. All Q's beat you except for Q3 and there is really no other hand continueing after your turn bet that doesn't beat you.

Up to the river is fine. On the river I prefer to bet much smaller for value. Villain can't call our big bet with many worse hands. Bet to ~250-300 chips is enough.

What hands do you expect to still get value from on the third bet street?

This weak player can easily call one more time with four, five and all the pockets that he is limping. Also we don't want him to bluff with his missed draws or turn some weak made hand in to a bluff. So we make thin value bet and a block bet.
