BB

BU:

This was 2 hands after aggr fish 2/3
€0.25/€0.50 No Limit Holdem
HEM2
5 Players
Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG (€136.05) 272bb
hero (CO) (€49.25) 99bb
BTN (€58.67) 117bb
SB (€56.31) 113bb
BB (€72.63) 145bb

Pre-Flop: (€0.75, 5 players) hero is CO Q♥ Q♦
1 fold, hero raises to €1.43, BTN calls €1.43, 1 fold, BB calls €0.93

Flop: 2♣ 5♠ T♣ (€4.54, 3 players)
BB bets €4.54, hero calls €4.54, BTN calls €4.54

The fish potsized donks again and this time there are not many dangerous hands out there. I should be ahead of his donkrange (fdraws, Tx, Sets, random hand).
I decided not to raise since i would commit myself and if BB ships my equity won't be too good.
Btn call could be any flushdraw/Tx/JJ+

Turn: 7♠ (€17.71, 3 players)
BB bets €4, hero raises to €23, BTN goes all-in €52.70, BB folds, hero folds

Time to protect against flushdraws.
I didn't expect BU to raise with anything weaker than my QQ so i had to fold.

Final Pot: €36.96

Hi chocular77,

I think that just calling the flop is a mistake.

You assumed he is strong the hand before and gave up on the pot, and now when he looks strong there are a lot less strong hands so he must have the likes of Tx and JJ (and draws) so why not raise to maximize value.

And as played I don't think we can fold the turn.
