Player is unknown!

What do you think, can I call preflop this small 3b with this hand?
Flop bet vs MissedCb is the best way I think.
Turn chbehind was good, or I have to bet for value (I want play here potcontroll).
River fold I think the best because there are some 6x and flushes, maybe Kx.

Preflop: My approach here would be to call but to proceed with a lot of caution. Basic reads show that he's probably a fish since he has 80bb only, and fishes are generally passive. And passive players generally have strong and tight 3betting ranges. So the plan would be to call once on low boards and fold immediately on boards with an A/K/Q.

Flop: Hmm it's close between a bet and a check. I don't mind either option. Betting opens you up to checkraises and many of these fishes love slowplaying Flop but from my experience the ones who slowplay the most are those who min 3bet or click it back preflop so vs a larger 3bet I think this guy is less likely to slowplay and that makes betting slightly better vs such a player.

On the river you lose to passively played flush draws as well as AK. I think a fold is good.
