fold, MP raises to 4 BB, fold, Hero raises to 12 BB, fold, fold, MP calls 8 BB

Flop: (25.5 BB, 2 players) 8♦ J♥ 3♥
MP checks, Hero ?

If I bet 1\2 flop & turn then it's a pretty awkward stack-to-pot ratio on the river. Does it make sense to bet 21-22bb flop & shove turn which adds us equity like 7,T,Q?

Hello,

I think that picking up standard sizings would be more appropriate here - such as around half po on flop and turn.
