Hey Z,
It looks like a snap call to me. He is not full stcaked, he shoves in which is way too big for a sizing, generally his range contains enough hands like AQ, Axs, random small pairs to call it off. The only problem would be if BU's range is super tight when 3betting so you actually have problems vs BU. BB's range should be wide enough.
