Nah this is good. You need to protect and bet for value on the turn, you still have some outs for a straight aswell. On the river the pot is too big to fold, but it would be overplayed to raise, its better to just call and hope for an overcall from SB.

the turnbet is fine, as you are ahead most often and need to protect your hand. you have to call the checkraise, with a lot of outs for a better hand.

the river is a good spot for call for overcall, as bb might beat you, but of course you can't fold with 2nd set (draws, overcards are busted or he might think to be ahead as sb only checks and valuebets the J or sth. like that). if you raise, sb will fold and bb gets the chance to 3-bet with the straight. you invest at least 2bb to win one more, but can even lose 3bb. if you just call, sb might call and your only invest 1bb without any risk, to win that one more bb.
