what take them too long to judge 20/30 hands/day? lower them the payroll and hire more of them

Hey Talic,
I am sorry for the delay. One of our judges is on vacation. I will get an substitute tomorrow. But please don't be so rough with our judges, they are making a good job in my opinion, and it's not an easy one. A short delay of half an day is sometimes with intent, just to allow the readers to start an discussion.
