Turn: Is your hand strong enough to value bet again?

River: Draws missed, nothing changed. Looks like an easy bluff catch to me

This villain was really passive I don't think he bluffs here. I lose to any Ace and Qx.

i don't think that's true. there are many villains out there who play extremely passive UNTIL the river.

They'll just keep on taking free cards or call only, but when they miss and realize that they have no showdown value, they will attempt to bluff.

Besides, I think you shouldn't be betting the Turn as it's a little too thin. You now lose to all AX hands as well as QX. In order to justify a bet on the Turn, you'll need villain to have a ton of draws, including some gutshots calling again on the Turn. Or maybe some underpairs like 6X. I don't think you have such a read here.
