villain has 8% open from ep out of 612 hands. Is a good spot for semibluff ott or on the flop would be better? I tought that ott looks stronger . I consider him a weak nit reg, i don't know about his hand readings competence, plays 12/10 vpip/pfr.

Hi

Honestly I don't think it's a good idea to try making people fold overpairs until you know that they are capable of doing that.

Common leaks at NL2-NL10 is to overplay such hands even vs turn or river raises. At least, I know I used to do that, and also when I review hands in this forum, I often see people asking questions about such spots.
