Preflop raise size is huge. In micro games it can be ok to open raise bigger with premium hands, but still 4bb open would be big enough already. In general 3bb would be ok sizing with these stacks when playing with tight ranges.

In flop pot size bet is unnecessarily big. Flop is relatively dry so bet of 300 would be better to get action from wider range and it would make pot big enough to shove turn.
