Preflop: I think it's okay call vs his low pfr.

Postflop: turn raise for value since his bet size shows weakness (flop ~2/3, turn ~1/2)?

Hi.

Preflop: Hmmm this guy looks bad though, I feel like a 3-bet may be slightly better. What you'll often find is that these sort of fishes raise a tighter range, but they tend to limp monsters and raise medium strength hands. The good thing is that they will usually 4-bet hands that beat you and call with a ton of worse. So you have an easy 3bet/fold

Flop: I think you underplayed your hand. While I would usually play this board more cautiously vs a reg, I think this fishy guy is gonna pay you off with AK/AJ/AT/QT if you checkraise here and fire your entire stack in.

I would either check/raise the Flop or the Turn.

Thanks.
