With what range are you pushing here ?

With what range would you shove if CO had folded ? Why are you changing your range ?

my shove range with CO is AJ+ 88+.

if CO had folded I would flat AJ on the BTN because it is a much more marginal reshove vs a 15% UTG open range with no dead money. The CO dead money creates better pot odds for our shove.

Hmm. Aren't we too shallow to call ? My reasonings were the same but my idea was to fold to a raise without COs money :f_eek:.

generally we do not want to call. but a hand like AJ is a rare case where I would flat because I am far enough ahead of his open range to make profitable post-flop plays IP but it is still a bit marginal to reshove on him without the BTN.

honestly, AJ/AJs/ATs are the only hands I would sometimes flat vs some players in this exact spot (where a reshove is too marginal but its a bit too strong to just fold). You can easily balance by flatting KK/AA sometimes.

FWIW, if you want to just fold and stick to a reshove or fold strategy that is OK!
