A5 shove all-in from button (short stack)

I think A5o with 9bb on the btn is indeed a no brainer shove. I think i'd shove wider than that.

Are there Antes, Is the final table a full ring (9man) ?

If there are Antes, you can shove wider than normal. If it is 3 people to the final table, you have more fold equity since usually people tighten up with calling.

With antes, a 9BB range in the BU is about 43% (22, Ax, K4s+, K9o, Q8s+, QTo+,....65s). Add the extra fold equity of being final table bubble and A5o is a clear shove. (I would rather shove J9s, T9s here than A5o but we can't pick our cards can we)

According to nash you can even push a bit wider:
22+, Ax+, K2s+, K8o+, Q4s+, Q9o+, J5s+, J9o+, T6s+, T9o, 96s+, 98o, 85s+, 75s+, 65s, 54s

A5o is perfectly fine and absolutely standard.

Sorry to slightly derail thread, but its kinda related, just wondering if there is somewhere to find nash charts for 9max/6max mtt with and without antes. is it possible to make icm trainer generate them?

You may find a good chart in the book "Kill Everyone".

This chart is valid for fullring as well as 6max (you just have to leave out the early positions). Furthermore they can be used for the whole tournament, since the M factor is used to calculate your stacksize. Therefore antes will be implemented automatically.
