Preflop: Hero is SB with A Q
UTG folds, MP calls 50, 2 folds, Hero raises to 150, BB folds, MP calls 100

Flop: (350) 4 K 6 (2 players)
Hero bets 155, MP calls 155

Turn: (660) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets 450, Hero folds

Results: 660 pot
Final Board: 4 K 6 Q
Hero mucked A Q and lost (-305 net)
MP showed and won 660 (355 net)

Bet/ shove turn? If bet how about sizing? Is c-f ok?

Hello Brade88 ,

With so strong hand I don't like giving up on the turn. I would bet again small to ~350 chips and call a shove. I can't see many weaker hands shoving here. We got two blockers for the nut flush draw but our hand is just too strong. We can also check/shove to this big but with so strong hand and just check/call a small bet.
