Hi,

opp is reg shortstacker, 3betting 32% (12/38) in SB vs CO open.

Doesnt fold to 4bets much 36% (4/11) - do we want a 4bet bluffing range ?

As for our hand - call with QJo seems ok vs high 3bet , right?

Hi dozeer,

We cannot have a 4-bet bluffing range because once you 4-bet you are pretty much committed with any hand.

So your range should have only hands you want to stack off with... big Ax hands, broadways, a lot of pairs, etc.

Calling doesn't look that great either since we would have a pot of 16.5 BB with just 32BB behind so there's not much we can do postflop if we don't hit.

Are you saying u dont defend by calling here either?

I think if we are just defending by 4b shoving we are just making things easier for him cos thats what hes used to.
