Preflop: I prefer not 3betting him because it looks like he's playing tight (small sample though)
Flop: I'm not raising this because I'm still a bit afraid because he's tight
Turn: He checks a blank so I put him mostly on a nine or air. Will a nine call if I make it 13BB here?
River: I was afraid of Kx but actually that seems unlikely given his call on the turn (would overcards call often?), so I think I could do a small valuebet of like 13BB
