If player likes to float then you can second barrel.
But also you can give up- most likely you don´t have best hand and 5 would also improve his midrange hands as 87, 98, 65s and so on+ he would never really fold Kx

If you 2nd barrel here you have to fire most rivers as well since this card improves most of his pair range to some sort of redraw, meaning he will not fold the turn that often.
