Well you flopped tptk, and you even got a backdoor FD, so i see no reason not to contibet this flop and evaluate on the turn. If he calls i would usually check/fold on most turn cards, as i don't see him betting any worse hand.
If villain is a regular, he's often 4betting QQ in blind battles so would worry only about TT and JJ, unless you got a read that he gets tricky with kings or aces.
Plus, if a diamond shows up on the turn you could even think of semibluffing queens or jacks out of the hand if you feel he's capable of folding. If he calls you still have 14 outs on the river.

My reraise preflop is only to isolate/resteal from maniac BU (as he's got 100% fold to 3bet on 400 hands, this is pretty +ev). When a TAG coldcalls my 3bet preflop without proper setodds isn't it a little suspicious? Worst hand he could have here is AQs imo.
Resteal failed --> give up hand.
A bet from my side would let him fold nothing at all, maybe AKo. Versus AXs reraise i have to fold, versus JJ+ reraise I have to fold.
c-betting this flop would be burning money, no? Just because his coldcall 3bet range is very tight.
