i dont really know how to comment this one, i know i played it too passive but i just couldnt put him on a hand and didnt want to bet my self without a reason...

Hello,

I would 3bet bigger preflop - like $1.1-$1.2.

I would usually cbet the flop.

As played, I prefer raising his small turn bet.

I would go for a raise on the river here.

should i always raise bigger than 3x when 3betting UTG from blinds?

When we are OOP and deep it is better to make it more than 3x.
