By the river I put the guy on AT, KK, QQ or a busted flush draw. Was I right to jam to protect against two pair? I don't think a busted flush draw or QQ would have called a value bet but two pair would, so I oversized it.

Not sure, think I was just trying to keep it cheap for myself. What are the benefits of betting bigger?

With this specific hand, you get more value.. Overall though, your range will want to charge your opponent a big sizing, whether you have a flush, flushdraw, set, 2pair or just one pair.. When you have one pair, you bet/fold, it's not unprofitable.
