Hi all,

I like raising vs most opponents. If villain is very passive I don't mind a complete, but if he's <50% VPIP or so from the BB vs a SB raise (it's hard to quantify this, better to just do it by feeling), then a raise is generally better.

Postflop: Vs a loose passive opponent I don't like firing away too much. However on the turn we pick up a double belly buster. This is a bit too much equity + implied odds for me to pass up, so I would fire again. Because it's a card that doesn't appear too scary, I don't expect many folds. Consequently, I'd put out a blocking bet of around 1/3 pot or 160.

We can then bomb the rivers we hit, and fire a very small (again 1/4-1/3 pot or so) river bet if we miss the river, hoping to fold out his draws.
