Shoud I shove here instead of call or fold

I belive the call was okay. Looking for a set in position. But after that flop I would have folded inmediately. No set no party + 2 overcards. My personal opinion.

Set mining with an effective stack of 19BB is not an option. I`d just push pre for max fold equity. There is no reason to call preflop with the intuation to call down any board anyway (what you did here ). As played I`d fold on the flop.
