AK postflop 6max

Hi, what are we doing here? Pot is 889 and i have 1054, what if i bet small and villain shoves, or check and villain bet river?
No special notes about villain 29/19 in only 21 hands

Hello makryxeris ,

Preflop:

A bit smaller 3-bet to ~210-220 chips.

Flop:

The board is relatively dry for a 3-bet pot. There is only a flush draw. Small bet with the idea to put the money in the middle in 3 streets is fine.

Turn:

Villain can have many weaker hands. We cant give up here. We should bet small again . Bet to~430 chips is fine. If villain shoves I prefer to fold. He rarely is going to push with weaker hand here. We are only ahead of some monster draw like AJ, AT with one :heart: or some other pair with one :heart:. All other hands like sets, made flush and KQ are crushing us. I don't like checking and giving free cards to villains draws here so bet/fold is best imo.
