Tbh, my approach to this spots is to punish fish big for this tendencies-limp/call a wide range pre and being stationary post as well.
That being said, I raise preflop more, 200 the minimum, I might even go 250.
Post, I like the flop bet. He never folds a draw or a pair. You can bet 290 or 300 also. I continue on the Turn for value. Many worse hands to call. If he raises however, I muck my hand, he is very, very passive.
