First I would raise this flop, but I think calling is fine too. By raising we take over the initiative and it is not too bad if we stack off against some pairs and we fold out hands which can bluff out us later on.
As played, I would call the turn since we have odds and position.
I won't bet on river, since we have a decent showdown value and probably won't fold out many hands that beat us.
