If you mr the button with kq, and one the reg blinds 3bet shoves, is this a raise/calling hand? If not, is it better to just open shove here? Or is that overkill? What about if the blinds were 100/200 would this be a r/f hand or r/c or open shove?

We are too deep to shove. Raise/fold or raise/call depends on how loose and aggressive villain is , is much better. Shove is also not a mistake but I prefer raise/call and raise/fold strategy here.
In 100/200 BBs for this stack its better to shove. We are more shallow and if we are called its going to be a harder to play the hand post flop. Raise is also fine but I prefer the shove.
