hi

definitely betting the Turn. 77-TT could fold, he may just fold some of his floats which would be great (even if he never calls with AQ, if you check Turn and fold to his River bet, folding AQ from his range would be better).

And anyway you just have so much equity in the hand. If he doesn't fold Turn, you could easily bet the River again. Betting turn sets you up for some river bluffs.
