HM2 Problems.

pokerstars
1) HM2 in cash games for zoom " Hands not found" "indictating no hands are importing to database...". I know it's somehow importing because it display the HUD perfectly fine while I'm playing and changes tables fine as well.

poker770
2) My HUD stops working after I'm moved tables in MTT. Something to do with not being able to fine the new table number i believe. Works perfectly fine until I'm moved tables. Sometimes the table fidner can be used to re-attach the HUD to table i'm moved too. Sometimes it cant :(

Any help greatly appreciated!!!

Try this:
How to setup Holdem Manager to run with Poker Stars Zoom Tables

For the Poker770 problem, I just use the table finder when that happens.

The table finder is located in the "Active Session" tab.
There is a target symbol that you drag on to the table, and that fixes it.

Best of luck,.

Ok lol, I needed to select hero as (sc2zerker (pokerstars)) instead of (sc2zerker (ipoker)) lol. Sorry! I thought i had linked those 2 accounts together somehow though.

Now I just need to figure out the MTT on ipoker.

You linked them together by defining an alias.

If you pick the alias, then the reports from both rooms are combined.

Actually, come to think of it, an alias would be a good thing to do with rooms that are both (or all) on the same network, like all iPoker rooms for example.

Since the player pools are combined, combining the data has value, in that it increases your sample size.

This is a known issue we are working on.
At the moment you have to use the table finder after a table change.
