I know villain 3bet (25%) with wide range, should I 4bet bluff him preflop? What should be the 4bet bluff range?
As played, did my bluff make sense?

Hey JustPlay4Fun,

Defend preflop vs 3bet is too loose. You could 4bet bluff the hand however. 4bet bluff range generally the better hands with blockers that aren't strong enough to call. Stuff like Axs or K9s are going to work pretty well.

Flop float is ok. Generally I'm just giving up vs 2nd barrel though. Villain can easily have a Kx or Tx after he 2barrels here + we can't accurately guess at his bluffing frequency on this rarer board texture. He might never bluff.

As played would give up on river. Your bet sizing suggest you want him to fold a full house. No-one folds a full house :) Zeebos theorem.
