Full Tilt, $0.10/$0.25 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, Rush, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

UTG: $25 (100 bb)
MP: $53.05 (212.2 bb)
CO: $37.13 (148.5 bb)
Hero (BTN): $36.88 (147.5 bb)
SB: $34.83 (139.3 bb)
BB: $51 (204 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 9 T 7 J
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.85, CO calls $0.85, Hero calls $0.85, SB calls $0.75, BB folds

Flop: ($3.65) 3 T 8 (4 players)
SB bets $1.82, MP calls $1.82, CO calls $1.82, Hero raises to $12.75, 3 folds

Can we consider just flatting instead? Since we can hit so often on the turn and stack off on the turn instead(vs turned FDs and possibly weaker made straights). Problem is if we miss turn we have to call another bet and possibly lose on the river if we miss.

Problem is: you wont get much action on straight cards on the turn as it is one of the obvious drawing card. So the action often will be very dry unless you miss, which isnt the result you are looking for ;)
Id be happy to raise here as you can easily dominate straight draws.
- vs a dominating draw like KQJ9 you have 58% (pair helps alot)
- vs a draw with a better TP (KQJT) you have 41% (worst possible outcome)
- vs a TopSet you have 47%
- vs a MidSet you have 50%

And that are the worst holdings you could be faced with.

Hi,

yeah i think it's a good spot to raise for the reasons Kreatiff implied. You are getting a lot of people to make a lot of equity if you raise here.

Skod
