Not much going on yesterday.I played 45 games and I was on -149$ but I remembered a hand that I played a few days ago.

Looking forward to an update

Not much to update..

So far played only 145 games with +50$.

In the next 2 days I am planning to play more and finish the stake on Friday.It is hard to put volume in the afternoon when the traffic is not that great and I have have to tables select because there are regs who come from 100's and 60's because they don't have traffic there either.

My plan for the next 2 days is to play a bit more in the evening.Even though I have SuperUourMe and Collin in my games there are a lot more bad players too.

Volume is still not so great but the games are softer in the weekend so I will try to play more these few days.

yeah ♦..got some swings the last 2 day but nothing to worry about..

Today I will start to read "The mental game of poker" because I heard only good things about this book here on ps.com..I hope it will improve my mind set.

I'm getting both those books for Christmas as I've been putting it off for far too long!

So far this month I played 526 games.I am a bit behind but there is no problem because I will grind today and tomorrow a bit more.

The green line goes a bit down but after down comes up ♦

volume still not great..a lot of regs in the middle of the week.waiting again for the weekend to grind a bit more even though I might not be at home on Saturday.

the goal is still reachable but I don't want to sacrifice table selection for volume.The main goal is still to play my best improve and not play reg fest games.

I think I will play the micro millions ME and Sunday storm this Sunday.22$ for over 150k$ is a pretty good deal

Sucks when this part of poker comes.Is not so hard because I have seen worse downswings to SuperUorMe and he has way higher ROI and this makes me think that is standard.

The month is not finished yet so there is still time to recover.The volume goal is kind of dead but we'll see how far I can get.

Maybe the bad run has something to do with shipping storm or ME ♦

tried to get back up I was shoved back down.Most of the part 15$ seems to hate me :). the only good part form this is that now I have the chance to improve my mind set.every time when I was on a downswing I played less and less and study less and every day wondering when will it end.

Now I try a different approach.Started to sleep at 2am and wake up at 10am every day.play 2 sessions of 2.5h-3h ,review all marked hands and review 10 games every day +some reads on hand evaluation.The hardest thing is to play when running bad but I try to stay focus and keep telling me that later in poker is not going to get any easier and if I can't handle this than I will not succeed and this thought keeps me going.

any way still 3 days from the month and anything can happen.
