There is a special section of the forum for staking requests and offers.
However I believe it is necessary to have at least 300 posts in the english community before you can apply.

Firstly, I've moved your thread to Beginners Questions for you.
Regarding staking - We do allow Staking Deals on here in our Staking: Offers and Requests forum.
To do this you need to follow the rules we have setup which can be located @ Rules & Introduction to staking requests
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask

The rules are in place to protect the backers and the stakee's themselves. They are not that stringent and tbh if you haven't been a forum regular it would be very hard for anyone to stake you.
