Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q A
CO posts BB OOP, MP1 folds, Hero raises, MP3 calls, CO calls, 3 folds

Flop: (7.5 SB) J K 7 (3 players)
Hero bets, MP3 calls, CO calls

Turn: (5.2 BB) T (3 players)
Hero bets, MP3 raises, CO calls, Hero 3-bets, MP3 calls, CO calls

River: (14.3 BB) 6 (3 players)
Hero bets, MP3 raises, CO calls, Hero calls

Turn- reraise too much 9was trying to protect the str8 against potential flush draw (which hit on the river) but guessing opponents were too pot-committed at this point.

River- still felt I was ahead enough to call his raise here.

It is super clear to play as you did, preflop, flop, turn and river. The flush is a backdoor flush, and you get 18:1 on your call.

Edit: Since the flush is a BD, and because of the action, you should consider raising on the river. Not saying you should raise, but you should at least consider it.

You played it pretty well. You got the nuts on the Turn and whats the reason you thought you should not reraise again? With Q9 its also a 3bet. I guess he'd capped with hands like 89 etc right away on the Turn so the chance is decent that he improved to the flush and CO coldcalled which means he may also have a small flush sometimes. You may consider reraising though but calling is fine!
