The answer to your question depends on what you are exactly looking for.
Do you want the biggest pricepools for freerolls and a lot of options? --> Pokerstars.eu should be your first choice
Do you want freerolls with very few people and a good chance to win? --> IPoker Network (f.e. Poker770) might be a good idea
Do you want depositor freerolls? Not sure which is best
There are dozens of freerolls all over the different poker sites. In the end you should just take the site that you like the most.
